Volunteering In Nepal

Nepal is a beautiful nation of diversity in beauty and culture. It has its own identity amongst nations and have been known for its beautiful and historic features. But, Nepal is just a developing nation on the verse of developing. It needs support, help and encouragement for its and the people’s betterment to stand up against the challenging modern world. There are several NGOs, INGOs and many other private sectors as well working on volunteering Nepal to grow up and we too want to give a hand in the upliftment.

The recent earthquake that came on 25 - April - 2015, has made major impact on demolishing the lifestyle of remote areas people of Nepal. People have lost their houses, family members and moreover the hope inside them. Lots of schools, small trading centers and peoples’ livelihood has been destroyed. Only government can’t do everything so we, being a responsible citizen realizing their pain want to help them a bit with our volunteering efforts to provide them at least a hope of living.

About Us:
Our team is just a trekking group who wants to help the people whom we can with the best we can do with your volunteering supports. This is our new approach towards people’s betterment with your volunteering efforts. Moreover, the places we go through for trekking are remote areas where the lifestyle of people are quite far behind than today’s lifestyle. People have not been able to get on to know the world of today so we can acknowledge them, support and motivate them to have better life.
Our mission is to empower marginalized communities/ people, with a focus on children and women and even their lifestyles through enhanced educational programs and community training to promote equality, economic well-being and basic human rights.

Our Goal:
Volunteering for the betterment of victims of earthquake is a difficult task in deed but our small help can help them at least to regenerate their hopes. We can conduct few programs on your trip to Nepal on the following topics:

1) Empowering Education: In the remote areas education has been always a major problem. People were not able to get proper education and more had no privilege of going to schools. And now, lots of schools has been destroyed so we can help the locals to build up school blocks, provide books and stationary items to the children  and let them know about how the modern education system is with your few days voluntary camps in the remote regions. We can also encourage everybody about the importance of education and make them realize the importance of education to both to girl or boy in a  family.

2) Uplifting Remote Lifestyle: The lifestyle of people in remote areas is a struggling and now many have lost their houses and properties. So first we can help them build up temporary houses, provide tents and other necessary equipments and also can train the people to improve their way of living. We can exchange the cultural and social values and create a new relation. We can provide them with  the hope of not giving up, rather rising up and facing the challenges and live with better lifestyle. And, if you will to then you can donate them a fund to help them to improve their livelihood.

3) Health’s Betterment: People in the remote areas has not been able to get proper health facilities. So we can help the people by conducting health camps and providing free health checkup and medicines. And even we can donate some of the health  tools and medicines to the remote areas’ health posts.

4) Agriculture: Nepal is a agricultural nation and the chief occupation of people is agriculture. But yet they do lack a proper knowledge about crops, tools, and so many things about agriculture. So, we can make a small awareness program about agriculture to help the people know more about agriculture.

5) Sponsoring A Child: Most of the people of hilly/ Himalaya region of Nepal are poor and can’t afford to provide basic needs to the family. So, if we can then we can sponsor a child or their family for their better life. Our small help can also change their life.

So, if you are willing to volunteer here in Nepal then we can take you to the people and place where people need your help and support. We can have the programs in the several regions of Nepal.
